Relaxation Therapy

What is Relaxation Massage?

??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Swedish/Relaxation massage is a ‘top to toe’ treatment, which leaves you feeling refreshed and invigorated!

Combining oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading and percussion, your therapist works to take you into a calm, relaxed state whilst improving blood flow and circulation around the body. This means toxins and metabolic waste can be carried away from your muscles, leaving them feeling softer and more supple than before.

Your therapist will take the time incorporating a smooth flowing style to gently work into knots in the muscles and loosen up tension.

Swedish massage uses a medium pressure and is ideal for those who have not experienced massage before.

The benefits of Relaxation Massage:

Our signature Relaxation Massage

1 hour or 1.5 hours

To immediately take you into a state of relaxation, gentle massage and stretching is applied to the back and legs briefly over your towel. Hot towels are applied to the feet, and the warmth is gently kneaded into the feet, calming even the most agitated person. Petroleum-free papaya ointment is soothingly applied to heal any cracks or roughness in the feet. A blend of our high quality essential oils (especially chosen for you) is applied and massaged into the feet.

Once the feet are done, it is no effort to simply sink into the bliss of your massage. Of course a delightful scalp massage is always included in every signature massage.

A 1.5 hour massage also includes face, tummy and chest if desired. Please let your therapies know which areas you prefer to have worked on so that they can create the most indulgent massage you desire.
